Look for book orders and Book It reading logs in the folders today. If you need a reminder on how to order book orders online, please let me know.
We sing next Sunday, February 12th at the 11:00 service. We will meet in the church basement at 10:40.

Beginning Monday, February 6, we will be taking a break from our Literature book to experience reading together a whole novel, The Sign of the Beaver, by Elizabeth George Speare. It is a wonderful book and one we think the children will enjoy. Copies will be handed out to each student on Monday. Most of the reading, discussion, and activities will take place in class. There will be regular vocabulary tests each week. These can be looked up at home in a dictionary for study. We will also be discussing them in class as they are introduced in the story and a list with definitions will come home.
Our first list, for testing next Friday, February 10, is:
