Our Curriculum
Our students at Zion Lutheran School attend computer class twice weekly throughout the school year. Grades K-5 have two thirty-minute class periods, while grades 6-8 have two forty-minute class periods. We follow the St. Louis Lutheran Elementary School Association’s Technology Curriculum. Students use the Microsoft Office programs along with other educational software. Our computer lab is equipped with 25 student stations as well as a 94” interactive SMART Board.
Kindergarten:
- Basics of using a mouse and keyboard and basic terminology
- Microsoft Word, including weekly lessons integrated with classroom “letter of the week”
