6th Grade News & Notes     

Important Dates to Remember:

• February 3:  Mid-term
• FEBRUARY 8: 6-7-8th Grade SKI TRIP—NOTE CHANGE OF DATE!!!  Permission slips and note with explanation attached!
• February 9:  11:30 dismissal—school improvement day for teachers
• February 10:  Mid-term reports come home
• February 14:  Spring Picture Day—everyone will be photographed so dress nice today!
• February 15:  Parent/School Board Meeting 7:30 at church
• February 17 & 20: No School
• February 23:  Student Council Mardi Gras Beads Day
• February 24: 6 Flags 6 hours of reading paper due; this came home last Friday
• March 4:  All school choir sings at 11:00 service to kick off Lutheran Schools Week!
• March 4-9:  Lutheran Schools Week
• March 8: Hoops for Heart J

I handed out the Research Project packets this week.  On back of this edition of the Times is a list of the due dates and a note about the project.

*Every student needs one package of white, lined 3x5 index cards by February 6.
