TRACK CONDITIONING What do you see yourself participating in: running events, jumping events, throwing events, etc.? To help us get ready for the beginning of the Track Season (begins March 19), we will provide the opportunity for you to start conditioning, getting ready, for the practices. You do not need to come to the conditioning workouts to be in track. It is just an opportunity to help you to start getting in shape. Track Conditioning Days will be the following: Tuesday and Thursday – Feb. 28, March 1, 6, 8, 13, 15 – 3:15-4:30pm We will meet in the gym. TRACK SEASON Track Season will begin on Monday, March 19. Practices are on Mondays - 4:30-6:00 p.m. at Civic Memorial, Tuesdays, Wednesday and Thursdays - 3:15-5:00 p.m. at Zion. Cross-Country 2011
CROSS-COUNTRY CONDITIONING To help us get ready for the early start of the Cross-Country Season (begins August 22), we will provide the opportunity for you to start conditioning, getting ready, for the practices. You do not need to come to the conditioning workouts to be in cross-country. It is just an opportunity to help you to start getting in shape. Cross-Country Conditioning Days will be the following: Monday and Wednesday – August 8, 10, 15, 17 – 6-7pm We will meet in the gym and run outside. CROSS-COUNTRY SEASON Track Season will begin on Monday, August 22. Practices are on Monday & Wednesdays - 3:15-4:30 p.m. at Zion. Special Practice - We will have a special practice on September 26 & 28 for students 1-8 grades to prepare for the St. John Lutheran School Meet! This meet is open to all athletes 1-8 grades. They have 4 different age categories: 1-2 graders, 3-4 graders, 5-6 graders, 7-8 graders.
